Meet Anna from Söderfors, Sweden!

Anna’s top tip: “Do more of what makes you happy and feel good.”

  • My career actually began on the technical side, working as a CNC Operator at a large industrial company. Through my experience I became really aware of how important leadership skills are to me – that a good manager requires much more than strong technical skills. This realisation made me want to help contribute to positive change in this area, and inspired me to make a career shift into human resources (HR). I joined Habia Cable in 2021, supporting our managers and employees with all kinds of HR needs, such as compensation, benefits and time reporting. The thing I enjoy the most is that no two days are ever the same – there’s always a new challenge. Starting a new job and learning new things can be hard, but it’s also been really fun and inspiring. Habia is a good company with good people, and I’m proud to be a part of that. It has a strong culture to match its technical expertise, and the feeling of closeness and familiarity which is often lost in larger industrial companies. And I hope to contribute to making Habia an even better place to work!
