It all comes down to the team – get the right people together in the right place at the right time, and nothing is impossible.

Helping to improve well-being on so many levels is so rewarding – knowing my work is important and meaningful. And when visitors comment on what a nice, orderly factory we have here in Söderfors, it makes me really proud of what our team has accomplished.

Working together with my team every day is a joy. There are new challenges and experiences to face, and the problem-solving we do is so inspiring. To have been given the chance to work with a really professional team in a company with such advanced technology is great, and something I’m very proud of.

I’ve always really liked working with figures. 40 years ago, after finishing my studies, I saw an advertisement for a Financial Assistant, and applied – I’ve been working for Habia Cable ever since! I really value the freedom I have to handle things independently, and the long-term relationships I’ve built over the years, especially with my colleagues.

As a Dutch photographer and artist living on a farm in Sweden, it was hard to find work in my area, and I was feeling quite lonely without a regular job and colleagues. Four years ago, I took a job as an operator at Habia. Now I’m a designer – I love the variety of tasks, and I’m extremely happy to be able to bring more ‘Marcel’ to my daily work!

Habia is a good company with good people, and I’m proud to be a part of that. It has a strong culture to match its technical expertise, and the feeling of closeness and familiarity which is often lost in larger industrial companies. I hope to contribute to making Habia an even better place to work!
